New York avant-garde outfit Kayo Dot have premiered a new track from their upcoming album, Plastic House on Base of Sky, at Tiny Mixtapes. Titled “Magnetism”, the new track shows the track building upon the sound they crafted on their previous full-length, Coffins on Io. The track shows the band putting a greater emphasis on synthesizers and atmospherics, calling to mind more recent material from space rock acts Maserati and Zombi, as well as synthpop.
