Minnesota technical death metallers Face of Oblivion have announced the release of their sophomore full-length album. The new record, which follows 2011’s The Embers of Man, will be titled Cataclysmic Desolation and will be released through Comatose Music on November 11. The record will be the first to feature Incinerate‘s Jesse Watson as lead vocalist. The album’s artwork and track listing can be found after the break, as well as a promo video for the new track “Debridement”.
Pennsylvanian death metal duo Burial in the Sky have announced the release of their debut full-length album. The new effort, which follows their 2014 Transcendence EP, will be titled Persistence of Thought and will be released on November 4. Joining multi-instrumentalists William Okronglis and James Tomedi on this record is Decrepit Birth‘s Samus Paulicelli, who provided session drumming for the release.

Copenhagen-based hardcore trio Halshug have premiered a new track from their upcoming album, Sort Sind, at No Clean Singing. Titled “Void”, the new song is a fairly straightforward, unforgiving and gritty piece of hardcore that takes no prisoners. Stream the new jam now.
