Italian death metal legends Electrocution are slated to release their new full-length album, Psychonolatry, on February 8 via GoreGoreCords. The bestial 44-minute assault, which follows 2015’s Metaphysincarnation, is filled with all of the battering grooves and eviscerating riffs death metal fans can handle. The band said the following of the upcoming effort:
“We are proud of this new musical chapter. We have left an important mark on the past and are committed to ensuring that this mark can remain indelible. Composing and recording these songs was challenging and, at the same time, natural and fun. We wanted to make an album that’s solid, violent, fun to play and listen to. We believe we made it!”
In anticipation of its release, we at Svbterranean bring you the official music video for the album’s brutal title track. The video, created by Unreal Eye Productions, splices together stark clips of the band performing with a narrative involving vanity, strange surgery, and malevolent alter egos. The Burning Dogma vocalist Jade Neri stars in the video as well.
