Tech metal outfit NYN have debut the official video for their track “The Apory of Existence” via Toilet ov Hell. The track, which appears on the forthcoming Of Chaos and Salt LP, is set to a performance video of sorts, showcasing NYN mastermind Noyan Tokgözoğlu shredding in the woods. Progressive/technical death metal outfit NYN have announced the release of their new full-length record. The new effort will be titled Entropy: Of Chaos and Salt (artwork above) and will be released on August 11 via Vmbrella. This time around, NYN mastermind and multi-instrumentalist Noyan Tokgozoglu is joined by guitarist Tom “Fountainhead” Geldschläger (ex-Obscura, live for Defeated Sanity, live for Nader Sadek) and keyboard/synth legend Jimmy Pitts (Pitts Minneman Project, Eternity’s End, Equipoise).

Hannes Grossmann (Hate Eternal, ex-Obscura, etc) has released a new track (with lyric video) from his upcoming solo album, The Crypts of Sleep, which is due out in early September. The track in question is titled “Hail Satan” and, unsurprisingly, features tortuous death metal instrumentation and vile vocals that sound as if they were spawned from Hell itself. German tech metal virtuoso Hannes Grossmann (ex-Obscura, Hate Eternal, Alkaloid, Blotted Science) has announced the release of his sophomore solo effort and follow-up to his 2014 debut, The Radial Covenant. The new record will be titled Crypts of Sleep and will feature nine new compositions. In addition to Grossmann on drums, the album will feature guitar contributions from Danny Tucker (Abhorrent, etc), Fountainhead (ex-Obscura), Per Nilsson (Scar Symmetry), Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal) and Christian Muenzner (Spawn of Possession, etc). Bass will be provided by Linus Klausenitzer (Obscura, etc) and vocals will be handled by Morean of Dark Fortress.
