Trevor Shelley de Brauw – guitarist of Pelican, RLYR, Chord and others – has announced the release of his first solo record. The record will be titled Uptown and will be released on February 10 via The Flenser. Uptown will feature six guitar-generated drone/ambient works that were written and recorded over the span of nearly a decade. Fans of Earth or Brian Eno will want to dive into these drawn-out aural passages as soon as they can.
