Swedish mathcore/grind outfit God Mother have premiered their new track “Tar Mirror” via Decibel. The song is off of their upcoming album, Vilseledd and features two-and-a-half minutes of blistering sludge- and hardcore-infused grind, as well as a guest appearance from Rotten Sound vocalist Keijo Niinimaa. Check it out after the break.
God Mother deliver 30 minutes of unpredictable, vitriolic chaos on their new, Dillinger Escape Plan-approved full-length recording, Vilseledd.
This Swedish outfit’s sound a violent collision between elements of mathcore, grind and hardcore, resulting in a truly spastic and battering brand of metallic madness. Whether the band chooses a more angular approach à la Botch, or opts for disemboweling grind in the vein of Nasum, there is always a sense of volatility and freneticism with their songs. A God Mother track might begin one way, but it is not guaranteed to end the same way.
